Great Place to Live
My wife and I have lived here all 3 years of law school. They did not raise our rent price, and it was a better rent than any comparable place. It's only 15 minutes from the law school if you take the toll road. It's anywhere from 20-30 minutes if you don't. The gym and pool are pretty nice, and maintenance responds pretty quickly. They are really strict on towing though! So make sure visitors do the guest visit sign in.

Great Place to Live
My wife and I have two small kids (3 and 1). We rent one of the townhomes here at the Dylan, and we have loved it. The area is nice, maintenance responds quickly when needed, the amenities (pool and gym) are good too. The paint on the walls is cheaper, so it scuffs easily, but other than that I can't think of many complaints we have about the place. It's cheaper than most other places for the size that it is, especially since the amenities are included.

Great place, relatively cheaper rent, kind of far away from A&M Law School
I really like this place. We have a 3 bed townhome. There are apartments to rent as well. It's really spacious and our favorite place we've lived. It's about 22 minutes from the law school--14 minutes if you're willing to pay the tolls. It's a nice area and safe too. Since it's farther away, it's cheaper than places in downtown. The pool and gym are really nice too. I like the valet trash service as well.
