Good for students
The building is well kept, property manager is very responsive. It is up a hill off Warren street but Washington st is equidistant. 3 min walk to the T stop. 20 min commute to campus, get groceries delivered, there's a room for mail and mail slots for letters. The building also has a small gym. Each floor has a trash chute. Parking available for extra fee. Pet friendly for additional 50 to rent.

Love this place!
I love my apartment because all the appliances and the building is brand new. Additionally, our property manager is incredibly helpful and attentive. Maintenance always resolves any issues within 48 hours. I have a laundry in unit and central AC and heat. I believe for what we get the price is very fair.
