Solid Space In Eden Park

Pros:
- 5 minute drive to Downtown and Newport, KY
- 10 minute commute to UC.
- Street parking available.
- Close main thorough fares to get to on highways. (3 minutes to )
- Adjoining Eden Park, so walkable, and scenic views of NKY, art museum
- walking distance to Mount Adams attractions
- Pet friendly ($50 pet fee)
- Landlord keeps to themselves
- Tall ceilings (12 ft)
- Cost effective

Con
- Cramped. Having company over is capped at probably 5-6 people.
- Hardwood can be a pain to clean
- Appliances are 5-10 years old
- Neighborhood can have some sketchy people in the park at times
