Close to school

Great proximity to campus without having to deal with the mess of commuting and the T. However, area is dangerous at night and not much of a neighborhood. Building is newer and very energy efficient. Management is very responsive but not of a community in the building.

Excellent location and facilities

The management is quick to respond about anything that needs fixing or repair and the common areas are always kept very clean. Security is around-the-clock and everyone is extremely warm and friendly.
The gym is very well-equipped. The hangout area on the 29th floor offers great views of the Boston common and Cambridge. There are indoor and outdoor hangout areas that both plenty of seating, outdoor fireplace and BBQ facilities and a game area (table tennis, foosball etc)
