Bennet Review

Bennet at Bullstreet is a very nice complex and super close to the hospital which is amazing for 3/4 year. It also will be walking distance to the new med school. I overall have enjoyed living here but have had some concerns that have been ignored by management. I have dealt with construction noises for over a year now. I have been locked out of my apartment because of keypad malfunctions multiple times. Parking is an extra $150/month/per resident, and all of the free street parking has pretty much been taken up by the City of Columbia meters, which makes parking difficult, especially for guests. They also do not allow guest pets, and suggested I pay an extra $20/month to allow a guest pet to stay with me on occasion, which to me is ridiculous. That being said, the amenities are really nice and the location is great. I would just advise to choose a unit wisely, and maybe see if there's any construction nearby.
