Overall a good place but tough maintenance work
The amenities are very nice in the building, newly renovated and an equipped gym with a rooftop and dog bathroom area. Bigger living spaces than what I've seen downtown and back bay but it's sacrificing location being farther away from downtown. Maintenance is very slow, and not reliable - many miscommunications. We waited months for the holes in our walls from the previous tenants to be repaired and repainted before we decided to fix them ourselves and ask for a reimbursement. Our washing machine has been broken for months and there has been spotty communication with the people in charge of fixing it as to when the parts will be in and when it can get fixed. It has a key fob entry which feels fairly safe. Theres not a lot of closet space but the rooms are big enough to have a few dressers and a desk along with a bed of course
