Great Property
Property is a little old, but that is the case for many apartments around Brookline. There is in-unit laundry machines, and the stovetop/oven is brand new. The unit is also quite spacious.

Things have been good so far. My landlords have responded quickly to our requests and the area as the as the neighbors are quite nice.

Spacious apartment
The apt is in a very good location and the size of the rooms are very good. Food and grocery options are abundant and as well as things to do in the area. The area is quiet and safe. We have a large kitchen and a small extra room as well as a balcony.
Downsides is parking, but its unecessary with the Green line and busses so close. And the building is a bit old but otherwise good.
