Great-ish Place!

Quiet apartment complex with lots of families and older students, not loud and crowded. Ample parking with cost effective rent for what you get. Appliances are a little dated and communication from the office is less than stellar, but they're really helpful when you visit in person, email or call, they just don't proactively reach out about much (ex. updates, maintenance, etc). Rent portal is not great so always have to double check your payment went through. Pool is awesome in summer, there are garages and storage units on site, close to many major attractions in Dallas area.
