Great location, updated interior
I have had a pretty good experience with this apartment so far. Parking is 1/3 of the price of my last apartment, plus it qualifies for a SNE street parking pass. The apartment is updated, includes in-unit laundry, and a great kitchen. Some of the workmanship is a little cheap and at times there is street noise/noise from other apartments, but nothing a little background noise or headphones can't drown out. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the medical campus and not too bad of a distance to the short north. It is pet-friendly, though I do not have a pet. The rooms may be a bit small if sharing with a roommate rather than a partner, but still reasonable for a bed and desk if not much else

The apartment is nice, newly renovated, really responsive property managers, and really close to campus.
