Good apartment but not ideal location
Good apartment itself but downtown is not that great

Studio / 1 bath
Only loses a star because of the cost
I love the building: very clean and large apartments with high ceilings, thick walls you never hear your neighbors through, right downtown where you can walk lots of places, never had a package stolen, they let you have two pets up to 75 pounds each. I'd recommend it to anyone who can afford it, the only detractor is the price. The rent on it's own for just the studio is high, and the prices for the one-bedrooms are basically unfeasible for students without jobs. While heat and AC are included in the rent, you do have to pay for electricity, which can be costly. Also have to pay for internet, cable if you want, and parking is $90/month - it all adds up, it has been a bit of a stressor during my time in school.

I split a studio with my partner and the rent has been a bit of a stressor during my time in school.
