Overpriced
My rent was raised due to the new businesses and gym in the area. Despite the price, all of the appliances are old and the majority of the amenities are closed. There have been multiple power outages in the building that are not weather related. I’ve had issues with people not keeping their pets on leashes, leaving waste and trash outside my door and on my balcony, and noise. Management is rude. The area is difficult to navigate, which usually results in packages and food being delivered to the wrong address. They do not have a comprehensive map of the neighborhood and the building numbers and signs are small.

Bend Review
Most of the apartments in the Bend are a little on the older side because most were built in the late 70s/80s and many do not have washer dryers with several others also not having connections. Overall though the apartments are nice and with the Entertainment District continuing to be expanded there are a lot of extra benefits to take advantage of.

Expensive but worth it (barely)
Great place to live, very safe, apartment is clean and bug-free. Rent was increased this year and that's made it difficult for me. If it increases again next year I will have to move. Other than that, very nice complex to live in.

Definitely recommend if you're on a budget!
Village living comes with a lot of perks (ie. free gym, village activities, walking trail, etc.). There is on-call maintenance that will come in a fix pretty much anything in a timely manner. Very convenient. The worst thing about the apartment is that sometimes are there are random maintenance issues but they are usually resolved within a couple of hours.
Great location near school and a really safe area.

It's ok
I recently moved in and it's good. The property is nice. The unit I got is a little older so there's some obvious patch work done on it. Might move to a different porperty when lease is up.

I also like that there are three different grocery stores within a two-mile radius and many eateries off Greenville.
