Village Gate
The units here are a little bit older with white appliances and such but the living room and bedroom are very spacious. Not a lot of kitchen storage but overall worth it. It is very close to campus and safe and the amenities are fantastic. They respond quickly to maintenance requests, office staff is responsive and helpful. Quiet neighborhood never had any noise issues. Overall highly recommend.

The best stay for international students
The community is very well designed for walking and running within. Its spacious and doesn't feel confided. Each individual community has their own pools usually can be treated as private since not many use them. There is a huge clubhouse pool available for everyone, we have a bar, a club, restaurants and a coffee shop right opposite to the house, and within the community.
The response to issues and management support is great. There is always someone to help you, they even tend to go above and beyond then their role of duty.

Village Gate review
The Village is an excellent apartment complex. My apartment is little but it suits all my needs living alone and is very affordable. It is in nice shape and maintenance is very quick to respond if need be.

Close to SMU
Have enjoyed my time so far. Very close to school, proximity to the SMU shuttle, and fantastic gym!
