Expensive, but worth the price compared to the newer construction

Expensive, but it is close to downtown. Is in a historic building which is nice and the apartments are quality and updated with new appliances. Seems to be a mixture of graduate level students and retirees that live here. On-site parking is available to purchase but free street parking is also plenty and available. Have not had any issues with management or other residents since moving in.

There is a rooftop that is great for studying and hanging out. However, since we are close to old city, at night you can hear loud cars going by. You can also hear the person walk above you, but those are my only negatives.
