Great Value

Great $ value for the apartment space. Really good location centrally located to great shopping and food but tucked away in a residential neighborhood so it is quiet. Quick access to Lovers, DNT and University. Parking is great there are always spots. Valet trash picks up trash outside of apartment door (M-Thr).

Complex backs up against Bachman Lake and has trail access. Lots of restaurants and stores. Close to DAL airport. 10-15 to SMU and the fancy shops over there.

Safe, affluent, walking distance to shops/restaurants

Again, I do not feel comfortable running in the neighborhood. Also, there is reported that some of my neighbors have been robbed (on multiple occasions).
