Wesley Park Townhouses

We have been living here for almost a full year now. The location is practically unbeatable. We are very close to both 83 and 81. We are also only 10 minutes away from nearly everything on the Carlisle Pike. The rent is very competitive as we get a very spacious townhouse at a lower price than most places (even 1 bd apartments). The property management company is great. Linda is a very sweet woman and her and the staff respond to any concerns about maintenance practically immediately. We had an issue with our AC unit in the summer during a heat wave and someone came to fix it the next business day. The management company is also pet friendly which we love. Almost everyone in our row owns pets, and I feel confident that we are not the exception. There is a park directly across the street that has pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, as well as a couple baseball fields. There is also a walking path around the park where we take our dog on walks and see many other pet parents there. The neighborhood is very safe in my opinion. There is a senior living community situated next to our complex so perhaps that is the reason why? The park is booming in the spring/summer time. A lot of baseball games and the pickleball courts get pretty packed so go before 6! Only con about this place is that the walls are a little thin, but fortunately we have very quiet neighbors so it’s never been a problem for us.

My experience at wesley park townhouses has been great. The property management company is very nice and reasonable. Maintenance requests get completed within 48 hrs during the weekdays. It's in a great location, close to Carlisle Pike and only 0.1miles from a Weis. The walls are on the thinner side and I can hear louder conversations of my neighbors, but my neighbors are quite polite regarding noise. The apartment does have a "gym" but it's quite small, with just a couple cardio machines and a combo machine for upper body. But it is directly across from a local park, with basketball, tennis, pickleball courts and baseball fields.

Moved in right before my 1L year. Rented the entire townhouse out for less than what an apartment cost next to the school. Live with my fiancé, convinced one of my law school friends to move in the complex and now we carpool to school together.

We live near a lot of stores and food.
