Country Club Apartments review (2023-2024)
So far, my experience has been great! There is some crime in the general area (mostly car break-ins and other non-violent offenses), but I have never encountered any of it at this complex. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and punctual when you have any requests. Water is included in the rent, so I only pay for my electricity and wifi outside of the monthly rent. Very affordable and great quality for the price. The apartments are older, with electric ranges and other somewhat dated features. However, most of those are cosmetic things, and the property manager makes sure units are updated appropriately before new tenants move in.
It is in West Knox about 15-20 minutes from campus, which means cheaper rent, but a slight commute. If you're into the downtown scene, this might not be the place for you if you want that closeness and convenience. Most of the tenants here are older people and families with children, not students. I have had no issues with noise or neighbors.

Good value
My apartment is slightly outdated and could definitely use a refresh, but is clean and safe and a good value for the area. Commute isn’t terrible depending on traffic, between 20-30 minutes is average. Typically has a waitlist so call early
