The apartments here are great for their location relative to Moritz, and average in most other regards. The management company is huge in this area, which means the staff can get away with being rather unpleasant, although there is a significant benefit of 24/7 available maintenance for emergencies. Maintenance is slow to respond to any non-emergency request but very kind and efficient once they make it to your ticket. This apartment does not have any amenities (outside of an on-site laundry room, which is dangerous to access and costs money to use) and gets a lot of noise due to its location nearby high street and other Chittenden bars. However, the appliances are updated, building security is sound, and the size is nice: plenty for one person and comfortable with 2. My price includes parking in the lot, but not all contracts do.

I have lived at this apartment for two years. The first year I had many issues with the landlord entering my unit without prior notice. I believe the landlord has since been bought out, and I have not had many issues this year. They are prompt with maintenance and have not bothered me. The apartment is a bit run down and the hallways are not up-kept by the landlord. Walls are also thin and I can hear my neighbors very often. There is also only one AC unit in the bedroom so the living room gets very warm in the summer months. Laundry is on-site but is in the basement. It is a bit sketchy and not updated. Overall, it is okay for student housing and is very very close to campus.
