Terrible management made for a rough first semester.
Roof leaked for months into apartment without getting fixed.
Air conditioning was broken for weeks in the building during the hottests weeks of the year.
Management attempted to charge residents with their debt to the electric company before selling the building. 3 months+ of unpaid electric bills on the entire building charged to the residents.
New management claims they will be much better however it does not look like much is changing other than renovations.

Disappointing at best.
Neighbors do not care for common spaces. Commonly dog pee/poop left in halls/elevator. Rooftop dog park is rarely cleaned up. People leave broken glass on the rooftop and sometimes hallways which is scary for my dogs feet. Work orders/complaints are consistently ignored. The flooring between units is not water tight, so when the upstairs dog pees, or someone spills something it immediately leaks through to the other units. The shared utility bills are also much higher than we were told they would be. The gym is not cleaned very well, much of the equipment is broken or on the verge of breaking - some items I am afraid to use because they could be dangerous.
