Awesome place to live!

I really enjoy living here! Everyone is very friendly. The amenities are great. My favorite thing is the location and how close to campus it is!

Legacy at Linden Park

I've had an awesome experience here so far. The leasing office is very helpful with a great attitude. There are no pests, and everything is well kept. Kroger is about 5 minutes away, most things are within 15 minutes from the apartment complex.

LUCOM is about a 10 minute drive normally with minimal traffic and it is centrally located. There are about 5 of us that live here from the same cohort. I never feel unsafe coming home at night, and the complex is very family friendly and oriented. Feeling safe was a priority for me since I am a female who lives alone. My neighbors are a bit noisy at times but nothing unbearable, everyone minds their own business and don't have an issue being courteous and going out of their way to help.

Number one concern for me is if I can walk outside in the middle of the night without fear and the apartment complex is confirmed to be very safe.

Linden Park

Nice apartment, good community, fast response maintenance. No issues with hanging things on walls. Unfurnished. Has alarm system. Pool open all year and a nice gym. They hold raffles and food trucks sometimes.
