Good place close to campus, inactive staff
For $550 you can walk to school, good location, and you have your own room. You share a kitchen and living room with 3 other people. 2 bathrooms, 1 per 2 people. Easy to share, no stress or hassle. The staff and leadership is inactive, so you're on your own to fix most problems unless something breaks. Roommates are nice.
