Small 1 Bed-Studio that is cheap and is walking distance to Campus

The Apartments are small but are relatively affordable and are fine for one person. Washer and Dryers on site that you use an app to pay. Utilities you can keep pretty low but you pay for electricity and gas. Relatively flexible with leases. Pet rent is steep:$250 down with $50 a month
Overall good apartment for the price.

I love my apartment, it’s nothing fancy but it’s mine. Management is very easy to work with.
