Good location
Excellent location within 10 minutes of EBL and 5 minutes of the Children’s & Psychiatric hospitals by walking. Able to save money on parking costs this way. Rent is pretty high considering the square footage of the unit, but I prioritized location and it is comparable to others in the area. Unit is very new/recently renovated. Moderate road noise and foot-traffic to the area, which I don’t mind but a consideration. Parking is accessible, has never been too much of a problem but minimal free street parking for guests. Overall enjoy living here.
