Super Safe but can be pricey
Living is Oakley is amazing because you are only 15 minutes from downtown and from University of Cincinnati, and it is very safe. Not for one moment have I felt like my car or my apartment is at risk. The apartment itself is very nice and has great amenities inside (updated appliances, spacious rooms, patio) but it is on the pricer side. I pay additional each month for water, gas, and electric. Having a roommate is nice because you share those bills.

Love it here!
This is a new apartment complex, and they offer pretty much everything you need. They also are close grocery, restaurants, movies, and gyms. They have a gym, pool, work from home space, and have a great management staff. They are also pet friendly with spacious floorplans and modern design. Biggest perk is that it is 15 minutes from campus!
