Great Location, very affordable

Easily walkable from HSC and rent is very reasonable compared to nearby apartments. It is at the very top of valley view road so it is a little bit of an uphill walk but you get used to it. Utilities also tend to be pretty expensive because of the size of the house and the extensive appliances. The neighborhood is very quiet and there a lot of professionals that live there which is nice because it limits distractions.
