Fine

The location is really nice, and the management is trying to improve the complex. I think it is a fine place to live, but I will not be renewing my lease. It has so much potential, but a lot of the community amenities feel dirty and run-down. Still better than some of the apartment complexes closer to campus though!

Cool Place w/Cool Stuff

This apartment is cool and it has a nice pool, soccer field, pickle ball, gym, basketball gym, and it is not that expensive for how big it is. There are also on site washer/dryer or an option to pay a little more for in unit.

Nice complex, I feel safe in my apartment - there are definitely some cut corners but overall I am happy here.
