Convenient and Easy
The Yard is a nice apartment building and reduced a lot of the moving stress. The building has nice amenities and will match you with roommates, if you desire. It was an easy option that saved me time and mental brain power.

Great For Me But Experiences Vary
I chose to live here because I knew a bunch of law students lived here. Pros include that the property is close to the law school, close to downtown, close to bus routes, pet friendly, fully furnished, and being in a large apt complex helps take a few things off my plate when school gets busy (like maintenance and such). Cons include that experiences here really seem to vary. My unit is really well taken care of, but I know others aren't. I have a nice view of the neighborhood and the football stadium, but others are right on the railroad tracks or look into the internal courtyard with little sunlight. I've had positive experiences with management and maintenance, but others seem to have issues. Overall, I've had a really positive experience here and will more than likely be staying in my apartment for all three years of law school, but make sure to take a tour and do a vibe check yourself before signing. It's student housing, and it very much feels like it.

Good place close to the law school
Close to the law school, convenient, nice amenities, and outside area. It's right next to the train so it can get loud when it crosses during the day/night.

Love it
Great place away from the law school and a ton of tailgates happen here for football games due to it being close to the stadium

Close to Law School
It is about a 12-minute walk to the law school.

Fine amenities but admin could be improved
The Yard is a nice quality building, but the management is not the most responsive. They do not remind you to pay rent prior to charging a late fee, and often the office is closed at random hours, which prevents residents from picking up their packages.
