Field House View Review after 1.5 years

It only has heater/AC depending on the season and not both at the same time. So there are times where you feel cold and have no heater, or feel hot and have no AC. Laundry is out of unit but recently upgraded and is in good shape. It is super close to Business School/Watkins/Rec/Bus Stop.
