Great place

I love living at Gayton Pointe. It’s 10 minutes to campus and has its own parking lot. It’s out of downtown, but close enough to enjoy all downtown has to offer. Overall rent, utilities, parking, etc comes in just under $2000 total.

Housing Review

it's a townhome with lots of space and offers great amenities, like a pool, gym, movie theater, and business center. The maintenance/management are not always the most responsive, so that would be my main complaint.

Quiet & Mostly Reasonable

The townhouse itself looks great. It has plenty of space for three students to each have enough space to study. We each pay roughly 500-600 per month. The only problem we've had is occasionally it's difficult to reach someone at the office. With my limited experience, it appears there is a fee to do anything with your lease or make changes, so sub-leasing and changing roommates is not as simple here. The maintenance man, Stanley, is on-call 24/7, so you never have to worry about that. He's fantastic.
