Tons of green space
This apartment complex has tons of green space and is a great complex for pet owners. My only complaints are that there isn't an elevator and there is no dog park.

Quiet, Clean and Affordable
The apartments are nice enough, especially for students. There is a lot of nature that is really pretty throughout the year. The complex is kinda hidden off the main road in a fairly quiet area but is still close to the University of Richmond and a straight shot 10 to 15 minutes down to Cary Town/the Fan.
