Good Apartment Choice for Grad Students

Adam's Village is a solid choice if you're looking for a quiet community to enjoy. It's about 10 minutes from IU. The tenants seem to be a mix of grad students, young families, elderly couples, and working individuals. Apartment sq. footage is decent for Bloomington, but it can be a little more expensive compared to other options.

If you have pets, this place is very pet friendly and provides lots of walkable space. The gym is rather small, but the patio/pool area is great. Management is very responsive, and maintenance is quick to fix any issues. The walls/floors are thin, but most people seem to be considerate of this. Overall, a solid place to live in Bloomington!

Excellent for Dog Owners

High on price point, but worth every penny. Safe, responsive maintenance, great amenities like a pool. Awesome spot, but not on the bus route.

Excellent for Dog Owners

Exceptional maintenance response time paired with great amenities. Awesome pool, beautiful groundskeeping, and a safe place. It is expensive comparatively, but worth every penny for us.
