198 Milltown Apartments

This property is one of the better ones in the area but there are definitely flaws. Lots of dog poop throughout the property and in the dog park at all times. However if you do have pets there are lots of good areas to go on long walks and an elementary school across the street with an enclosed playground open to the public on weekends. Packages/mail can be a mess so I would recommend getting a PO Box during Christmas time. The leasing office often does not respond to phone calls/emails so the only way to ask questions is to stop in the office when they are open. They do have a great & friendly maintenance team and quickly get repairs done. There is always parking available but guest parking can be scarce. It is conveniently located close enough to main campus but not too close where there's traffic issues during game days etc. It is very close to multiple grocery stores, a target, and 2 shopping centers. It is only 20-25 minutes from Elon Law.

I love alone, and in looking for a place to live and relocate to, my primary focus was safety. Burlington is about 20 minutes away from Elon Law, and MUCH safer than Greensboro. Everything that I could need for grocery shopping and all other necessities is within a close distance, and I feel very safe in my community. The apartments are all updated with new appliances. The community is very quiet, and the apartments are extremely nice with a great price point. The amenities are wonderful, and the valet trash service is a huge help as well. I would absolutely recommend 198 Milltown and Burlington for anyone, especially females living alone.

This apartment has few flaws. It includes a large pool and deck area, 24/7 clubhouse access with MANY amenities, 24/7 gym, grills, and a car wash station. It does technically include a dog park, but it is not kept up with whatsoever and it is covered in dog feces, making it unusable as an off leash space. The maintenance crew is excellent and responsive. This apartment complex also holds various free events to bring neighbors together which is very fun.
