Amazing House Close to Stadium and Walking Distance to Ross
I've loved living in this house! Great for roommates who want a bit more space than an apartment, and total rent cheaper than most major apartment buildings in Ann Arbor. The drive way fits many cars and there is decent street parking. The backyard has a patio big enough to fit chairs and a fire pit.
Inside is a great size! Not overly spacious but definitely enough space to fit everything and host gatherings.
Baker street is very responsive to maintenance requests as well.

Charming House Close to Ross
This house is very charming and homey, with great parking and a great backyard that is close enough to Ross but also in a cute residential neighborhood that feels separate from campus! While space is a bit tight, there is a large basement and it fits 3 people well especially for a group of friends. Plus, the landlord is amazing and very responsive to any requests we have in a timely manner!
