The shininess did not take long to lose its appeal
Be careful of great reviews for these apartments that are dated September-December 2025. This was a brand-new complex that opened to residents in September 2025, making it impossible for anyone to have an opinion on anything other than its location and appearance. The view from the top level was pretty cool but although the amenities sound great, they were often unavailable (under repair or just plain closed). Sure the pool is great but it is only open for 4 out of 12 months and most residents leave before using it during June-August. The gym and study rooms were closed for repairs throughout the second semester of 2026. The potty pad for dogs was often closed for some repair or another. Management is difficult to work with - slow to take action and lacking in basic communication skills.

Management is good. Everything is working. Elevators are locked so extremely safe.

A enjoyable living experience overall
New apartments require little maintenance. The view from my apartment is stunning. In general, the property is well-decorated, and the living experience is enjoyable.
Very close to Ross, but have to walk a little to get to downtown.
