Carriage Car Factory Lofts
My parter and I are one the firsts tenants in this newly developed building that used to be a Carriage Car Factory. As the first tentants all of the appliance are brand new and the facilities are very clean and work well. Our unit has a large window and high ceilings which make it feel spacious and inviting. The management is fairly responsive especially when it comes to maintenance issues. It is slightly more expensive to some of the apartments closer to campus but feels more like an home rather than a dorm. So if you're a little bit older or looking for something that feels more homey I'd say it's worth the few hundred extra you'll likely spend on rent. We share a one bedroom and it's perfect space wise except for closet storage being limited.
