Nothing weird ... yet
Property is a close driving distance to school (10-15 mins, depending on traffic) and it is a great space to own a pet and/or live on your own. It is gated, which makes it feel secure, and has lots of restaurants near by. The gym is a pretty good size, for an apartment complex and the floorplan is pretty spacious. The community is also kept pretty clean.
