Good Apartment
Good location to take the bus to U of A phoenix campus. Very accessible to a lot of places in phoenix, Downton phoenix, train and Indian school park. Safe and has good amenities like gym and pool for a lot cheaper compared to other apartment complexes.

Great Apt
Great apartment but it is a distance from campus so if a commute of ten minutes or a walk to the metro is not ideal I would go with something closer. More bang for your buck though compared to other apartments downtown.
