Nice place
Great, quiet (no undergrads), new building. Will be getting a dog park/washing station soon. Close to campus (~10 mins). Management is very responsive and the property is well-maintained.

The best apartment complex!
The rent is expensive, but Newton Place Apartments is so worth it. It is in such a safe area, within a 10 minute drive from all places (med school MSU CHM, grocery stores, gas, other shopping), and has a lot of amenities. The management is great and responsive. I would highly highly recommend anyone to live there.
