Great apartment
Have never had any issues. Great green space for animals, nice gym/pool/hottub, dog park and secured entrance

Nicest place to live in my opinion
Fantastic, great safe location, good management, big spacious modern apartments for a good price. Wouldn’t live anywhere else in the east lansing area.

Lots of trails
Lots of trails for walking. Okemos is a fun area. Apartment has everyone, families, people living alone, people with pets. More laid back, less social.

This is the place to be if you are looking to stay away from a party-like atmosphere that can be found closer to campus.

Elevation at Okemos
Relatively new construction with some of the amenities still to be built (pool, larger gym, etc). Management will address concerns if you bring them to their attention but dont expect them to follow through on many of the newsletter items.

Overall great experience, but the biggest frustration would be the distance from night life and transportation associated with that.
