Pricey but nice
Apartment building is very new - opened within the last 2 years. Amenities are everything you could ask for. Proximity to school is nice (5-10 minute drive). Surrounding are is fine. There is nothing a whole lot in the immediate surrounding area, but just north is the Grove and close proximity to Tower Grove park and the Botanical gardens to the south. Only reason I would consider moving is the high cost.
