Great Experience; Pricey
I had 0 meaningful issues while living at Terra at the Grove for the year. Small things broke in the apartment, but the service people came by same-day or next day to fix it.
I cannot accurately comment on the new management since the entire office has turned over since my departure August 2025. They seemed lovely to me, but some internet reviews report problems with them. The apartment itself is lovely, spacious, and has amazing amenities that I actually used. The only issue I ran into with the amenities was being told that I couldn't have ~10-15 people over to grill on one of the patios and swim in the pool. Understandable, but frustrating.
