modera riverview

I love living in Germantown! It is a nice oasis separate from campus with tons of new activities, restaurants, etc. popping up constantly. It has a natural outdoorsy feel with the river right there and also great new amenities with the neighboring Neuhoff complex. My apartment is huge and very comfortable, and the building has tons of amenities (pool, co-working spaces, gym, etc). I can park on the same level as my apartment and walk right over, which is great for moving and groceries!!
