Great location, few amenities

I have lived here for the last 5 years. The management is amazing and so responsive. The building is a slightly older but very spacious with a great kitchen, washer, dryer, and dish washer. It’s a 7 min walk from school and very walkable to lots of restaurants and even broadway if you’re brave! It’s also a 20-30 min walk or short drive to the gulch for fun work out spots and restaraunts I have absolutely loved living here. The area is very safe, fun, and close to campus! the building is largely undergrad and grad students at Vanderbilt. While there’s not a huge community between residents in the building, it’s very close to most of the places med students live, which makes it easy to see your friends.

My experience has been good. My only complaints are the lack of amenities (which aren't so bad because we are close to Vandy) and the construction outside, which is out of the apartment's control.

twenty and grande is a little older but has so much character. we loved the dark wood features and the huge windows. My room mate and I also loved that the floor plan split up the attached bathroom and the walk in closet, so our rent is equal. it takes three minutes to get to class, door to door, so you do not have to purchase a parking pass.

You cannot find a place closer to Vanderbilt for a better price point. It's not the most extravagant building, but it is incredibly convenient and management is great.

The amenities are only fine, the gym is there but nothing special. The walls seem to be thick and the space in the apartments is great. For the price, this is one of the best buildings in Midtown if you don't need fancy amenities.

Great apartment, amazing Management

3. Friendly and helpful property manager. As an international I had to open a bank account in USA to pay the rent and deposit. The property manager was very accommodating regarding the same. Also on advice about stores, farmers markets etc , she is generally the first person I talk to and is very helpful.
