Allston St is a fairly populous location and is never eerily empty

The apartment I live it is great except for 2 things - one, the apartment is on the 4th floor which means a lot of load carrying up the stairs and two, reaching the building itself require a uphill walk. That aside it's a safe and well-maintained location. It is decently close to Questrom. CVS, Star Market, TJ Maxx are all close by.
