Quiet alternative to Boulder proper

We have been here for 1.5 years. Quiet complex with families and older tenants, very dog friendly. Newer apartment (~5years old) with nice amenities (lounge, pool and hot tub, valet trash). Neighborhood is 15 min drive from downtown Boulder with good food and King Soopers a block away. We much prefer being here where it is quiet and twice the square footage for the same price we used to pay living a block away from the school.
