Great location, but not especially close to campus

We've had some issues with water leaks from upstairs and have seen a couple of mice. Management is fairly responsive. It doesn't cost extra for my pet, and almost all of the rooms get great sunlight. The closets are big and there are three in the hall in addition to the bedroom closets, so there is plenty of storage. The close proximity to the red line is great.
