Nice apartment layout, some issues

Great apartment layout. Condos so some units are owned and other units are rented out by individual landlords. Can't speak to other specific landlords/units but as a whole the building is fairly chill and everyone I've interacted with is very nice. The trash room sometimes emenates a smell in the 1-2 days prior to the day it's picked up and the smell floats up to the lobby which is nasty but it only affects you for like ten seconds so I mean whatever. Old building, built a long time back. Steam heat, not forced air, so depending on unit shape and number of radiators you could have issues. Directly above laundromat and across from Green Line, nearby a bunch of restaurants and bars.
