Perpetual Real Estate Mass Ave

So far the apartment is great! Our building is great and landlord is great to work with. Issues are fixed immediately and we haven't had any major ones.

Love South End

The location of this apartment is so convenient for attending classes on the BU Medical Campus! Perpetual Management has been very helpful so far, and we haven’t had any major issues yet. Property was in good condition. Experienced a lot of fear mongering regarding the area, but it has not been an issue at all!
