Quality unit, poor location, high utilities
The apartment units are very spacious, have central air, a pleasant balcony, and a walkable close location to BUMC. The price is a bit high especially considering the frequent elevator issues and appliance issues (though the appliances may be poor luck with our individual unit). Would be nice to have more utilities included with the rent. Two full baths and 3 bedrooms is a great option.

Close to Medical Campus
This apartment is new and close to the BU GMS. However, it is not a nice neighborhood, and the management team is not easy to work with. There is no security in the lobby, and sometimes deliveries get lost. Not soundproof - I can hear the upstairs neighbor when they have a party and the building management team does not do anything about it. The garbage room is often very dirty and overfilled.
