Nice apartment

Nice, quiet area, walkable to Carytown and multiple bus stops. 10-minute drive to campus. In-unit washer and dryer. Pet friendly. No smoking or drug use. Bedrooms are a little small, but split among the 3 of us the rent is pretty affordable. Fairly new interior and appliances. One reserved parking spot for the whole apartment (can't pay for an extra one). Lots of street parking. No gym or pool on the property.
