Affordable and quiet building
Building itself is affordable and quiet (mainly graduate students, young professionals, older couples). Very close to the St. David's train stop. Parking (not covered) is included in rent.
Cons are the lack of heat in winter (issues with insulation and gas line), pests (some units have mice), and unhelpful management. No package room, so packages are stolen with some frequency. No cameras in or around the building, so some issues with building and parking security.
